Guardianships For Minors
The Guardianship process is designed to assist people under the age of 18 who are vulnerable and need to have a guardian appointed by a court to manage their affairs. Parents can indicate who they would like to serve as a guardian for their children should both parents pass away before the children turn 18.
We help families petition the court to appoint a guardian, who then assumes the parental role for making financial and day-to-day living decisions for the child.
We can assist family members who seek appointment as the guardian and aid them in fulfilling their obligations and responsibilities, as well as assist families who want to have a certified professional guardian appointed to assist their loved one.
